Anthony & Shelli Sizemore
Pastor & First Lady
Anthony and Shelli Sizemore are the pastor and first lady of New Covenant Apostolic Church. They began this work in their home in February of 1999. Prior to planting New Covenant Apostolic Church, Anthony and Shelli have always been passionately involved in multiple ministries which included teaching Sunday school, youth ministry, leading and organizing children, adult, and community events, giving Bible studies and ministering in the word. These ministry opportunities have helped them to gain valuable experience and leadership strengths that they implement with New Covenant Apostolic Church today.
New Covenant was founded with a focus thought of “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care”. Anthony and Shelli believe that by loving and caring for others they can lead them to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Anthony is the founder and pastor of New Covenant Apostolic Church and Leadership Ministries. Anthony was born in Florida and then raised in Loveland, Ohio. He is a graduate of Covenant Apostolic Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Following his graduation, he went into the military, serving in the United States Army for three years. In 1992, he felt the call to the five-fold ministry. He began pastoring in 1999. He pastored independently for 20 years and then joined and is licensed with the United Pentecostal Church International. During this time he has continued his studies and has obtained his ordination license. In 2021, after 30 years of service, Anthony retired from his secular job with Kenworth Truck Co. as a team lead.
Shelli Sizemore is the wife of Pastor Anthony Sizemore. She leads the worship ministries at New Covenant of Chillicothe. She is a public speaker, and helps with the children's ministries. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching and Reading Endorsement from Ohio University, and her Masters of Arts with Reading from Walden University. She is going on her 20th year teaching first grade at Unioto Elementary.
Anthony and Shelli Sizemore are the proud parents of three children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and four beautiful grandchildren. Their family include their daughter Luci and her son William, son Caleb wife Merisa and their children Miles, Aria, and Harrison, and their daughter Gracelyn and husband Zachary. Anthony and Shelli have always believed that their family is their first ministry. They are also proud to say that their children and grandchildren are very involved in a variety of ministries at New Covenant of Chillicothe.

Pat & Tammy Phillips
Elders · Pat, Trustee
Elder Pat and Tammy Phillips are lifelong residents of Chillicothe, Ohio, and both received the Holy Ghost as young people. In their twenties, they answered the call to ministry, beginning a journey of service that has now spanned more than 40 years. Throughout that time, they have served in a variety of roles, including youth leadership, pastoral ministry, and now as Elders at New Covenant Apostolic Church.
Their life together also included more than 13 years as a Navy family while Brother Phillips served in the United States Navy Submarine Force, followed by many years of federal service before their retirement in 2018. Through every season, ministry and service to others have remained an important part of their lives. Brother Phillips also serves as a Trustee at NCAC. Pat and Tammy have been married for more than four decades and are blessed with one adult son and one grandson. Together, they continue to bring years of experience, wisdom, and a sincere desire to encourage others in their walk with God and help strengthen the church.

Shawn & Kimberly Armstrong
Elders · Shawn, Trustee
Elder Shawn and Kimberly Armstrong have faithfully served the Lord and worked in ministry for more than 30 years. Throughout that time, they have served in many areas of church life, including youth ministry, Sunday School, guest ministry, young married couples, outreach, music, and wherever there was a need. Their years of service reflect a genuine servant’s heart, a love for people, and a desire to see lives changed through Jesus Christ.
Brother Armstrong has preached the Word of God for more than 25 years and currently serves as an Elder and Trustee at New Covenant Apostolic Church. Sister Armstrong has been involved in music ministry for much of her life and has also served faithfully in guest ministry and other areas of the church. Together, Shawn and Kimberly continue to be a valued part of the ministry at NCAC, bringing years of experience, faithfulness, and a heart for souls. They have been married for more than three decades and are blessed with six children and three grandsons.

Caleb & Merisa Sizemore
Ministerial Staff — Adults & Young Married Couples
Caleb and Merisa Sizemore serve on the Ministerial Staff at New Covenant Apostolic Church, with a special focus on adults and young married couples. Their desire is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, strengthen their relationships with one another, and become more deeply connected to the life and ministry of the church.
Over the years, Caleb and Merisa have served in a variety of areas at NCAC, including youth ministry, worship, communications, sound, decorating, and other areas of church life. Those experiences continue to shape the way they serve today. They have a heart for creating opportunities where adults and couples can grow in the Word, build genuine friendships, strengthen their faith, and find meaningful ways to serve together.
Over the years, Caleb and Merisa have served in a variety of areas at NCAC, including youth ministry, worship, communications, sound, decorating, and other areas of church life. Those experiences continue to shape the way they serve today. Zachary & Gracelyn Armstrong
Youth Pastor
Zach and Grace Armstrong serve as the Youth Pastors of Ambassadors for Christ Youth at New Covenant Apostolic Church. Together, they have a heart for helping young people know Jesus, grow in the Word, and learn to live out their faith with purpose in everyday life. They desire for AFC Youth to be a place where students can develop a genuine relationship with God, build meaningful friendships, and discover how they can serve and make a difference.
Their ministry at NCAC has included youth, outreach, Sunday School, worship, sign language, and Vacation Bible School. Through AFC Youth, Zach and Grace are committed to investing in students ages 13–18 and helping them grow spiritually, become grounded in the Word, serve others, and confidently represent Christ at church, at school, and throughout their community.
Their ministry at NCAC has included youth, outreach, Sunday School, worship, sign language, and Vacation Bible School. Through AFC Youth, Zach and Grace are committed to investing in students ages 13–18 and helping them grow spiritually, become grounded in the Word, serve others, and confidently represent Christ at church, at school, and throughout their community.
