Time and Action

Sep 6, 2026  •  Pat Phillips

Are you waiting for the “right time” to make a change, take a step of faith, or finally do what you know God has been asking you to do? Sometimes the biggest delay in our life is not God saying “wait,” but us being afraid to move.

This message from New Covenant Apostolic Church speaks directly to the pressure, doubt, and uncertainty we feel when we are trying to understand God’s timing. Using Ecclesiastes 3, the stories of Noah, Zacchaeus, and the prodigal son, we are reminded that time belongs to God, but action is often in our hands.

This week, take one honest step. Pray the prayer. Make the call. Come back home. Start building before you see the rain. Instead of waiting for everything to feel perfect, trust Jesus enough to move in the direction He is leading.

Where have you been stuck waiting? What is one step you can take today?

Watch this message and let it encourage your faith, challenge your hesitation, and remind you that Jesus is still active in your life. If it speaks to you, share it with someone who needs hope, and we would love to welcome you in person at New Covenant Apostolic Church.
